BVK is looking for a hands-on Programmatic Media Specialist who lives in the platforms and thrives on performance. This is a keyboard-in-the-DSP role for someone who understands how to build, optimize, and scale campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You’ll play a critical role in trafficking, launching, and optimizing programmatic campaigns while partnering closely with Planning and Account teams to ensure we exceed client goals.
Job Responsibility:
Manage programmatic campaigns across Display, Online Video, CTV/OTT, Audio, Native, and Digital Out-of-Home, providing tactical insight, optimization, and reporting
Execute within leading DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Cadent, Amazon DSP, etc.)
Monitor daily pacing, performance, and KPIs to maximize client performance
Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and testing methodologies
Build detailed performance reports that clearly communicate business impact
Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations for Planning teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution and performance
Track spending, monitor budgets, and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Contribute to client presentations and performance reporting
Assist with keeping BVK at the forefront of AdTech utilization in an evolving market
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of hands-on experience executing programmatic campaigns in a DSP
Experience with programmatic DSP’s, and familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data integrations
Working knowledge of performance media and digital ecosystem fundamentals
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to marketing challenges
Performance first attitude with the ability to work independently
Curiosity about emerging trends, tech, and innovation in advertising technology
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Nice to have:
Preferred familiarity with the marketing needs of clients in the hospitals, tourism, and higher education industries
