Job Description:

As Programmatic Lead at Tilt, you will own and scale one of our most powerful and underexploited growth channels: programmatic acquisition across the open web and CTV. Programmatic is a core pillar for the world’s leading marketplaces, often outperforming paid social on blended CPA, scale efficiency, and long-term LTV. You will be responsible for turning programmatic into a scalable, repeatable growth channel that can absorb significant budget while improving overall unit economics. This is a rare opportunity to build a tier-one programmatic function from the ground up inside one of the UK’s fastest-growing live commerce platforms — with direct ownership over strategy, execution, and scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Audit and restructure existing affiliate traffic sources (publishers, DSPs, sub-networks)
  • Launch and scale in-house DSP campaigns (native, display, retargeting) across key geos
  • Set clear performance benchmarks: CPA, CPFTB, ROAS, incrementality, and payback
  • Build tracking, attribution, and post-back logic in collaboration with data & engineering
  • Identify high-intent affiliate opportunities (content, cashback, deal, influencer)
  • Manage and optimise relationships with 3rd-party affiliate agencies
  • Detect and mitigate low-quality traffic, cannibalisation, and fraud
  • Create weekly performance reports covering spend, cohorts, and net incremental lift
  • Scale affiliate spend efficiently across £100k+/month budgets with strict payback targets
  • Expand DSP buying strategies (lookalikes, sequential retargeting, creative rotation)
  • Build a diversified affiliate mix to reduce platform dependency
  • Negotiate commercial terms with top-performing publishers and networks
  • Launch new affiliate verticals (influencer affiliates, content partnerships, loyalty platforms)
  • Make product & UX recommendations to improve conversion from affiliate traffic

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in DSP buying, or performance partnerships
  • Proven experience scaling affiliate or DSP budgets with efficient payback
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, incrementality, and traffic quality analysis
  • Experience managing external affiliate agencies or networks
  • Comfortable working with tracking tools, postbacks, and performance dashboards
  • Highly analytical with a strong commercial mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, data, product, and engineering
  • Interest in fashion, marketplaces, or internet culture, and ability to stay relevant
What we offer:
  • 29 days off, plus Indian bank holidays
  • Your birthday off, no questions asked
  • Share options to become a true stakeholder in our success
