Premier Inn are looking for a passionate and proactive Programmatic Channel Executive to join our Digital Marketing team, specialising in Programmatic/Display marketing. This role is pivotal in driving incremental revenue, increasing hotel occupancy and building long-term brand strength through full-funnel digital marketing strategies. Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll bring a strong grasp of the digital media mix to drive continuous improvement and support across cross-channel initiatives that position Premier Inn as Europe’s no.1 budget hotel.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the day-to-day management of Programmatic/Display channels, ensuring campaigns are planned, activated, and optimised effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality execution
  • Deliver insightful reporting and data analysis to track KPIs, identify opportunities and inform future strategy
  • Work closely with our wider marketing teams including Brand, PR and Product to ensure strong cross-departmental stakeholder management and a unified full-funnel mindset
  • Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, test new strategies, and continuously improve campaign performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Programmatic/Display advertising
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights
  • A good grasp of the digital media mix and how channels work together to drive results
