Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically inclined Programmatic Adtech Solutions Coordinator to join our growing Acast Adtech Solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our programmatic advertising campaigns for our valued clients. You will act as the primary technical liaison between our clients, internal teams and partners, providing exceptional support and expertise in all aspects of programmatic advertising.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reporting to the Senior Programmatic Adtech Solutions Manager
  • Supporting Sales in the onboarding of new programmatic clients, including setting up accounts and supplying adtech solution recommendations presale
  • Manage the day to day health of the programmatic campaigns to ensure our deals are healthy through activations, optimizations and reporting to ensure we are meeting client expectations
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to campaign setup, delivery, and reporting
  • Troubleshoot campaigns and technical issues related to delivery, tracking, and reporting, working closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. SSPs, DSPs) to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimizations / upsell, providing insights and recommendations to sales
  • Track pacing and performance daily to ensure full delivery and KPI attainment
  • Identify and proactively communicate delivery or performance risks along with collaborating with Account management team for recommended solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies in programmatic advertising, including new platforms, ad formats, and targeting options

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, inc. account management supporting agency sales efforts, with a strong understanding of the adtech ecosystem
  • Some experience with various ad platforms and technologies, including DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc…) and /or SSPs (e.g., Adswizz, Google Ad Manager, Magnite, Xandr), and ad servers
  • An interest in learning about programmatic measurement tools, ad verification partners, 3rd party data providers & technologies
  • Some experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to ad campaigns, tracking, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • A demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines and follow through
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google products such as PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a collaborative, reliable, proactive and highly independent with a desire to teach and help others

Nice to have:

  • Experience with header bidding and other advanced programmatic techniques
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as CCPA
  • Familiarity with SQL and other data analysis tools
