Job Description:

The Programmatic Activation Specialist is an important associate-level role on our Digital Media team tasked with collaborating cross-functionally to develop programmatic video campaign strategies, implement tactics, uncover new opportunities, and use data and insights to drive programmatic media campaign performance forward for our clients. This individual will work within our Programmatic team and across departments, shaping stewardship on their programmatic campaigns across video tactics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute day-to-day programmatic advertising asks: Trafficking, setup, and optimizations
  • Effectively comb through data and provide clear analysis
  • Operate within DSPs and additional ad tech
  • Collaborate with the Programmatic Supervisor, Cross-Channel Planners, Analytics and AdOps teams
  • Execute and optimize programmatic campaigns, looking for opportunities across major DSPs including The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, and Programmatic Mechanics
  • Own all facets of management and strategy implementation, not limited to CTV, OLV, Display, Audio, DOOH
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad placements and performance
  • Oversee campaign performance by monitoring daily pacing and KPI performance
  • Generate reports and set up automated reporting for teams on campaign metrics, performance, and trends
  • Create meaningful campaign insights for clients with recurring reporting calls
  • Assist in the development of ad creatives and audience targeting strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of hands-on digital programmatic media execution experience within multiple DSPs
  • Agency experience
  • Technical knowledge of ad server set up and trafficking
  • Experience with reporting, tracking, and developing campaign insights
  • Detailed budget management
  • Creative problem solver
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – strengths in Excel and PowerPoint are a must!
