We are seeking a Program Support Specialist to provide critical operational and administrative support to workforce center staff while assisting customers with program participation and technical support needs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring program compliance, and supporting workforce development initiatives that positively impact the community.
Job Responsibility
Review and examine compliance reports to ensure adherence to program requirements and policies
Monitor customer communications and participation activities
Coordinate and track required participation hours for program customers
Maintain accurate records and file documentation within customer case files
Participate in customer hearings and prepare required supporting documentation
Assist workforce center staff with operational and administrative support
Identify opportunities to improve workforce services and enhance customer outcomes
Provide technical support and guidance to workforce program participants
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of related administrative, customer service, workforce development, or program support experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a safe driving record required
