Support Workforce Programs That Make a Difference. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Program Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support within a workforce development environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring program compliance, maintaining accurate records, supporting customers, and assisting the workforce center staff with day-to-day operations. Job Responsibility

  • Review and examine compliance reports to ensure alignment with program requirements
  • Perform detailed data entry and maintain accurate customer records and case files
  • Monitor customer communications and participation requirements
  • Coordinate and track required customer participation hours
  • Organize, file, and maintain documentation in accordance with program guidelines
  • Provide customer support and assistance regarding workforce programs and services
  • Assist workforce center staff with operational and administrative functions
  • Identify opportunities to improve workforce services and customer outcomes
  • Prepare and submit required documentation to appropriate parties
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and safe driving record required
  • One year of administrative, customer service, data entry, workforce development, program support, or related experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and data entry
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, management, customers, and community partners
