This role plays a critical part in ensuring program compliance, maintaining accurate records, supporting customers, and assisting the workforce center staff with day-to-day operations. Job Responsibility
Review and examine compliance reports to ensure alignment with program requirements
Perform detailed data entry and maintain accurate customer records and case files
Monitor customer communications and participation requirements
Coordinate and track required customer participation hours
Organize, file, and maintain documentation in accordance with program guidelines
Provide customer support and assistance regarding workforce programs and services
Assist workforce center staff with operational and administrative functions
Identify opportunities to improve workforce services and customer outcomes
Prepare and submit required documentation to appropriate parties
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and safe driving record required
One year of administrative, customer service, data entry, workforce development, program support, or related experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and data entry
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, management, customers, and community partners
