Job Description:

As a Program Support Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating seamless program launches and ensuring the accuracy of participant data. Your responsibilities will include coordinating updates and managing data integrity, working closely with our Technical Operations team to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional coaching experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as key resource for participant data management
Coordinate and manage participant activations/launches across multiple Ezra propositions
License management to ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting
Coordinate and manage program extensions
Manage access to external partner platforms (Masterclass, Headspace)
Develop and uphold strong understanding of systems and products
Collaborate closely with Configuration Engineers and multiple teams across various platforms

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in application support, implementation, or a related role
Solid understanding of data management and the importance of data integrity
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English
Familiarity with cloud-based systems is an asset
Passionate about continuous improvement
Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities
Proactive problem solver who consistently meets deadlines
Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives
Committed to upholding data integrity
