Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for making outreach to customers, generating referrals and revenue from leads, providing current and prospective customers with information about One Call products and services, and developing new business relationships while maintaining and servicing current customers
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned programs(s)
  • Targets Adjusters and Nurse Case Managers within the worker’s compensation industry via telephonic and/or electronic communication
  • Manages and calls on new/existing leads from various sources to generate referrals/revenue
  • Obtains orders and documentation from physicians, hospitals, and surgery centers
  • Utilizes OCCM Systems and Salesforce to achieve desired results
  • Collaborates with product and operations teams for successful referral conversions
  • Engages the Sales Team when applicable to assist in referral conversions
  • Exercises limited decision-making authority within established parameters
  • Works through customer service issues with our customers, providers and vendors as they occur
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Executes cross capture of products to maximize revenue opportunities across product lines
  • Understands business workflows and products
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Provides support and feedback regarding program workflows and enhancements
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training
  • or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • If working with federal government contract clients, a colleague is required to receive federal government clearance for handling sensitive information
  • Colleague is also required to receive annual security awareness training
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be proficient with navigating in Internet Explorer and Chrome
  • Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills are required for this role
  • Must be a problem solver using critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
