As part of a dedicated team, this position will contribute to Marriott's commitment to fire protection and life safety across Marriott's brands. This role provides administrative and operational support to department leadership, including calendar and travel management, invoice processing, and account reconciliation.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative and operational support to department leadership

Invoice processing and account reconciliation
Independently research and resolve policy-related inquiries
Maintain tracking systems for projects and compliance
Update documentation
Support onboarding and meeting coordination
Manage consultant contracts
Assist with presentations and reports
Requirements:
2 years administrative support or similar experience
Experience in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
2- or 4-year degree preferred
Knowledge of the Administrative processes related to the position typically gained with several years of related experience
