Job Description

The Program Services Capability Manager will lead a team of geographically diverse specialists providing program advice and support to a range of defense, government, and commercial clients. This will require a comprehensive understanding of at least one (preferably more) of the following fields: Project and Program Management, Procurement, Project Scheduling, Training Design and Development.

Requirements

  • Security clearance to NATO Secret, or the ability to obtain
  • Proven professional leadership, building, leading and influencing strong multi-disciplinary teams
  • A thorough understanding of client needs in the Program Services domain
  • A university degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • The ability to lead one or more domains in management of complex defence products
  • The ability to define, grow, and lead Program Services Capability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problems solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, establish and support business priorities and business strategy
  • Proven ability in people mentorship and people development
