Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Senior Manager to oversee large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a global enterprise environment. This long-term contract position will focus on delivering strategic program management for significant website ecosystems and platform migrations.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the complete execution of projects, including defining scope, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
  • Establish and maintain effective program rhythms, such as agile cadences and cross-workstream coordination
  • Manage the relaunch of websites and oversee phased migrations to ensure seamless delivery and adoption
  • Identify and address risks related to platform migrations, site performance, and change management
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners, ensuring accountability and high-quality execution
  • Balance enterprise standards with local market needs to enable scalable yet adaptable global rollouts
  • Coordinate efforts to optimize data connectivity, analytics, and performance across digital platforms
  • Oversee content migration, ensuring preservation, continuity, and optimization throughout the transformation
  • Deliver executive-level reports on program progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Implement governance frameworks and track KPIs tied to program health and business impact

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs within global enterprises
  • Proven expertise in delivering complex website ecosystems, including platform implementations and content migrations
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, performance optimization, and martech ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience working within agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and system integrators effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in executive-level reporting and stakeholder management
  • Ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and momentum
