Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Senior Manager to lead and oversee large-scale digital transformation initiatives for a global enterprise. This long-term contract position is based in NY, NY, and offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement. The successful candidate will drive the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable business impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the execution of end-to-end digital transformation projects, including roadmap creation, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation
  • Manage the delivery of a comprehensive website relaunch and oversee subsequent global site migrations
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, technology, legal, compliance, and regional teams to ensure seamless program execution
  • Establish and maintain clear program governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and escalation pathways
  • Drive initiatives to enhance data connectivity, analytics, and performance optimization across the digital ecosystem
  • Oversee content migration efforts, ensuring data integrity, site performance, and continuity during transformations
  • Provide quarterly executive-level updates on program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to maintain accountability and ensure delivery quality
  • Ensure the balance between enterprise standards and localized market needs to enable scalable global rollouts
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to program health, digital performance, and business impact

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large-scale digital or platform transformation programs in global environments
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex website ecosystems, including content migrations and platform implementations
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, performance optimization, and martech ecosystems
  • Expertise in managing projects within agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies and system integrators effectively
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior executives
  • Experience with data connectivity, analytics enablement, and performance optimization
