Job Description

Our Data and Analytics Consulting Practice seeks to hire an experienced delivery manager, well-versed in recruiting and resource management, to join our team in supporting a global transformation program. This multi-year program involves the replacement of a client’s legacy ERP portfolio with SAP S/4 HANA. NTT DATA Services is responsible for all Data Migration services. This is not an HR role. This is a hands-on lead role that will represent and drive our Program’s needs with Recruiting, as well as handle the Resource Management function for a team over 250 consultants. The Program Resource Manager role will engage with Program Leadership and Internal HR Teams to ensure adequate staffing and resource management to deliver upcoming work for our client to Program standards and requirements. Overall, the role of the Program Resource Manager is to: • Understand Program resource needs and forecast capacity planning based on Program timelines • Advise Program Leadership on matters related to resource management such as resource allocation, availability management, resource conflicts, retention/attrition, internal and external resource processes and regulations, etc. • Develop reports and dashboards to provide Program Leadership with accurate information related to recruiting and resource management • Collaborate with HR on recruiting, resource assignments, compensation, and local labor laws

Job Responsibility

  • Work with Data Migration Leadership and Program Managers to provide Resource Capacity Planning to ensure adequate resource availability to deliver upcoming work
  • Assign people to program needs based on skills, previous experience, availability, and project budget
  • Assist in the creation of financial forecasts based on capacity management
  • Collaborate with HR for recruitment efforts, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and capacity to meet project demands
  • Collaborate with PMO and ensure timely onboarding, orientation, & training of new additions to the account and the proper offboarding of resources
  • Produce resource status reports and dashboards related to capacity planning, availability management, attrition, and recruiting
  • Create, revise, and maintain job descriptions for all roles required for the account
  • Coordinate with PMO and Program Managers for timely execution of resource movements, performance assessments, and retention programs

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to address challenges in resource management
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management / Program Management
  • Familiarity with data migration methodologies
  • Experience with use of AGILE tools – Jira
  • Familiarity with onsite-offshore models
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare industries
  • Experience and technical knowledge of Data Migration tools
  • mainly SAP BODS Business Objects Data Services, SAP migration cockpit Tools and Methodology
  • Experience with resource management for programs with 250+ employees
  • Understanding of compliance requirements for Life Sciences industry (i.e., GxP, CSV)
