Job Description

An opportunity for Program Quality Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid). You will ensure the communication and implementation of quality requirements (including safety and reliability) throughout the company’s operational processes (develop, fulfil, support and source).

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the communication and implementation of quality requirements (including safety and reliability) throughout the company’s operational processes
  • Ensure that all applicable quality activities along the product lifecycle are defined, planned and implemented
  • Collect, analyze, visualize and interpret the relevant product and/or in-service quality performance data
  • Participate or organize the deployment of preventive techniques in case of baseline changes
  • Be responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality of project process execution
  • Support the implementation of Program Excellence methodology
  • Ensure adequate corrective actions are triggered when deviations occur
  • Be involved in the handling of the non-conformance and waiver treatment
  • Obtain the necessary evidence that the processes and activities comply with customer requirements
  • Devise, negotiate and implement the product assurance plan
  • Implement the internal phase review process and consolidate the technical risk register
  • Attest the conformity of the product with regards to contractual requirements and legal rules
  • Coordinate the resolution of customer Quality issues
  • Support the company's certifications and interfaces with external quality authorities

  • Ensure management of Non-Conformance by project & service teams and trace back to root cause and track implementation of the resolution
