You will lead the AI and Efficiency transformation within Customer Service, driving measurable business impact through strategic governance, structured program execution, and collaboration across all Business Units. You will shape how Riverty’s operational excellence evolves, ensuring alignment, transparency, and results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and develop the Operations Project & Program Management team, ensuring role clarity, professional growth, and high-quality delivery across all initiatives
  • Drive and oversee our AI‑powered transformation in Operations with a clear focus on realizing efficiency targets
  • Own budget and resource planning, prioritization, and reporting – including AI business case development and monitoring of progress tracking and KPI achievement
  • Hold accountability for overall AI & Efficiency program performance, ensuring alignment across Business Units, and empowering Program Managers to deliver measurable results.
  • Lead Project Managers in structuring, prioritizing, and steering large-scale AI projects in Customer Service and across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure effective information flow and stakeholder alignment by consolidating updates, preparing decision-ready insights, and representing Operation´s perspective in key steering committees (e.g. Voicebot, Agentic AI).
  • Shape Riverty’s future Customer Service as part of the Senior Ops Leadership Team

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in project and program management in Financial Services, Fintech, or Operations
  • A strong senior leadership profile with the ability to inspire, develop, and effectively steer teams of AI Program and Project Managers
  • Proven expertise in automation, AI‑driven initiatives, and efficiency‑focused transformation programs
  • Proven track record of implementing and scaling AI in operations with verifiable cost savings and sustained productivity gains
  • Strategic clarity, high ownership, and the gravitas to bring structure, focus, and confidence to complex challenges
  • Sustained authority in governance, stakeholder management, and budget/resource steering
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational setups and align diverse stakeholders
  • High ownership and accountability for business impact and proven expertise in automation, AI-driven and operational efficiency projects
  • Fluent in English and German (C1 level)
