The College of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office is looking for a part-time temporary Program/Project Coordinator. This position is a hybrid eligible appointment.
Job Responsibility
Execution of event details which include logistical organization
Communication to institute participants
Supporting the pre-, mid- and post-requirements of data collection
Arrangement of audio-visual needs of the presenters
Serving as the point of contact for questions and additional communications
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Four years of relevant experience
Nice to have
Demonstrated proficiency with standard office software required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Strong administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Highly organized, flexible and able to handle multiple tasks
Able to work independently to meet multiple deadlines
Experience and comfort working with basic facility-audio and visual technologies
Prior experience at K-State and knowledge of K-State offices preferred
