Job Responsibility:

  • Governance Leadership: Manage effective corporate governance across multiple organizations by planning, coordinating, and supporting key meetings and activities, including management of the Master Plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Financial Leadership for engineering budget planning and management, including annual planification and quarterly reforecast exercises
  • Manpower Strategy Leadership: Ensure for strategic manpower planning and ensure alignment with engineering and product development priorities
  • Leadership Alignment: Partner with the Corporate Engineering and Product Development leadership team to guide and influence alignment toward common strategic objectives
  • Executive Communication: Create clear, concise, and impactful documentation and presentations for executive-level audiences
  • Strategic Workshop Leadership: Prepare and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams to validate, refine, and implement corporate strategic plans
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Ensure for the proper collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support evidence-based decision-making and strategy implementation
  • Innovation Leadership: Lead or support the development of innovative tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance data analysis and performance tracking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination and analyst role

  • excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with a proactive mindset
