Job Description:

This pivotal role bridges market insight, product strategy, and delivery execution. As the Program & Product Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying market trends, conceptualizing and developing new training programs, and ensuring the offerings remain competitive and aligned with client needs. You will be the central point of coordination, working closely with subject-matter experts, trainers, and internal teams (Sales, Marketing) to drive the successful launch and lifecycle management of our training products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Market & Trend Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and critical skills demand (e.g., AI, Agile, Cloud, Leadership, Data Analytics)
  • Conduct competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and identify training gaps or high-potential opportunities in the market
  • Translate research insights into viable program concepts and compelling value propositions for both corporate and public training
  • Program Design & Development: Collaborate closely with trainers, principals, and Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) to co-create engaging, relevant, and up-to-date training programs
  • Align program objectives, learning outcomes, and modules with target audience needs and relevant certification standards (e.g., local governmental training fund claimable structures)
  • Develop detailed program proposals, course outlines, and promotional content briefs for the Marketing Team
  • Ensure each program is clearly differentiated through stated benefits, high relevance, and strategic market positioning
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Sales Team to identify specific client demands, tailor training solutions, and provide necessary sales kits or product briefs
  • Partner with the Marketing Team to plan effective go-to-market strategies, including determining the right channels, target audiences, and campaign messaging
  • Liaise with Operations and trainers to confirm readiness, resource allocation, and feasibility for smooth delivery
  • Portfolio Management & Reporting: Maintain a robust program lifecycle tracker (from ideation through launch and evaluation)
  • Gather client and participant feedback to refine content, improve delivery, and identify potential upsell/cross-sell programs
  • Report on the performance of new programs and contribute key insights to quarterly training roadmap planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Development, Education, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in training, product management, or program development, preferably within the education or corporate learning sector
  • Strong understanding of Learning & Development (L&D) principles, governmental training fund claimable programs, and emerging workforce trends
  • Excellent coordination, project management, and communication skills to effectively bridge the needs of trainers, clients, and internal teams
  • An analytical mindset combined with the creativity to design training solutions that resonate with target audiences
  • A genuine passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying updated on new skills and industry demands
