Job Description

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Program or Project Administrator who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. This role requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. Job Responsibility

  • Assist in development, coordination, and implementation of operational policies, guidelines, and programs to support consistent statewide approach to conservation
  • Identify internal and external customer needs
  • Deliver vital technical support
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups to review policy and program designs

Requirements

  • Strong demonstrated knowledge of operational and strategic requirements necessary to deliver programs within current environmental policy and legislative frameworks
  • Solid understanding of water management, biodiversity, and nature conservation issues
  • Ability to explain routine technical information clearly, listen respectfully to diverse audiences, and write well-structured government documents
  • Good grasp of planning and control methods to perform baseline research and contribute to project documentation
  • Comfortable gathering data, researching evidence-based recommendations, and proactively adjusting plans and schedules when priorities shift
  • Sound demonstrated knowledge of operational and strategic requirements for successful delivery of programs within context of current policy and legislative frameworks
