Job Description

The Program Operations Coordinator provides integrated operational support across all TTOs, combining travel coordination, tool/product ownership, personnel engagement, material management, and contract level reporting into a single mission critical function. This role ensures the program remains compliant, audit ready, fully staffed, and operationally synchronized across the customer’s network environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate personnel engagement, communication, and issue resolution in partnership with Leadership and HR
  • Maintain staffing rosters, labor category compliance, clearance alignment
  • Review resumes for contract compliance and coordinate and participate in interview process
  • Support onboarding, orientation, 30 day check ins, and morale initiatives
  • Manage all CONUS and OCONUS travel, including authorizations, cost estimates, LOA processing, country clearances, visas, and required documentation
  • Ensure compliance with JTR, FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and internal travel policy
  • Produce trip reports, manage travel funding budget and maintain audit ready travel trackers
  • Serve as Product Owner for collaboration, reporting, and CDRL tracking tools
  • Oversee system updates, permissions, workflow automation, and data integrity
  • Support development of dashboards, metrics, and automated reporting for PMRs
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity/IT to maintain RMF and access compliance
  • Maintain Government Furnished Equipment/Materials lists and property logs
  • Provide configuration management for documentation, version control, and deliverables
  • Implement a quality assurance process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all submissions
  • Lead preparation and consolidation of monthly Program Management Review (PMR) packages
  • Manage CDRLs and submission workflows across all functional areas
  • Maintain ITAR/IEA Exception Logs, travel documentation, OSHA/training records, and invoicing support materials
  • Track contract metrics and deliverable timelines to ensure audit readiness

Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) years supporting DoD programs
  • Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
  • Personnel Engagement & Workforce Support experience
  • Travel Management experience (CONUS/OCONUS)
  • Tool & Workflow Ownership experience
  • Material, Property & Configuration Management experience
  • Program Reporting & Deliverables experience
