TRICORP is hiring two Program Officers to support the development and delivery of labour market projects and training initiatives to support the nations we work with. Reporting to the CEO, and working in the office in Prince Rupert, these roles involve collaborating with First Nations communities, public post-secondary institutions, and industry partners to advance economic self-reliance in Northwestern British Columbia. The Program Officers will coordinate and evaluate TRICORP’s Employment, Skills, and Training Services (TESTS) division programs, review funding applications, and provide support services to clients.
Job Responsibility:
Provide direct support for TRICORP’s Employment, Skills, and Training Services (TESTS) division by researching, planning, developing, promoting, implementing, and evaluating programs and activities
Review funding applications and provide advisory and liaison services to clients in accordance with corporate policies
Liaise with training candidates, third-party service providers, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Plan and organize project schedules, track tasks, compile information and reports, and secure quotes for necessary services
Make logistical arrangements and maintain accurate documentation for program participants
Provide support to instructors and participants as needed to ensure the smooth program delivery
Monitor program performance and collaborate with TESTS Division colleagues to prepare relevant and timely reports for the Chief Executive Officer
Perform other duties as reasonably required to support the mission of TRICORP
Requirements:
