The Program Manager is responsible in leading the strategic initiatives either single or as part of a portfolio that aim to deliver fundamental change and long-term benefits of the end-to-end implementation of Avaloq’s On-premise and/or BPaaS/SaaS solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Define and drive programs aligned with business outcomes, often financial and operational
Achieve defined objectives of the Program/projects (scope, quality, time, budget, reporting, project staffing including both Avaloq group and external partners and post project reviews)
Create contingency, risk management plan and work breakdown structure
Develop and monitor program budget
Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close complex projects (e.g sales and implementation of new functionalities and modules or consulting)
Drive communication with stakeholders
Lead and direct large project teams
Uphold and enforce defined project mgmt. methodology, processes and reporting progress
Represent Program in governance bodies
Ensure interaction between relevant stakeholders and manage conflicts and expectations
Initiate corrective actions where required (manage risk)
Facilitate the dependencies and interfaces between projects
Manages third party contribution to the programme / project
Manages Programs in an environment of complexity, e.g. working with stakeholders from different legal entities in the different jurisdiction or different cultural environment
Ensures deliverables are timely and of good quality
Requirements:
Proven track record as overall project leader in large projects (preferably involving the introduction of standard software solutions)
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Economics, Engineering, or equivalent
Project Management qualification from a leading accreditor
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Knowledge of the banking business and bank-related processes
Negotiation skills and proven experience up to steering committee level
Leadership experience involving interdisciplinary and multi-cultural teams
Experience in international change the bank’s platform projects would be advantageous
Persistent, assertive, resilient. Maintains an overview and can set priorities
Must be amenable to work in Makati, if needed (flexible work setup)
