Program Manager

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their objectives and address complex challenges
• Take ownership of transformational programs or projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional leaders
• Oversee project activities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met efficiently
• Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as operating model design, process optimization, shared services strategy, and cost reduction
• Create and execute project strategies that align with business goals and produce measurable outcomes
• Mentor and provide guidance to project team members to foster collaboration and high performance
• Identify additional opportunities for transformation within current projects or business areas
• Implement and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure all initiatives are aligned with financial objectives and strategic priorities

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within a global company
• Proven track record of leading multiple teams or workstreams in large-scale transformation projects
• Strong expertise in program management tools and techniques, including change management
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex financial and operational challenges
• Commercially astute with a solid understanding of company financials, including P& L
• Experience with international business transformation initiatives is highly desirable
• Proficiency in customer service software and maintaining project calendars
• Exposure to global real estate markets is preferred but not mandatory
