Responsible for leading enterprise scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation programs while driving organizational change, user adoption, and cultural alignment
Drives change initiatives associated with the implementation, upgrade, or transformation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
Requires strong onsite presence to engage stakeholders, manage resistance, align leadership, and ensure PLM solutions are successfully embedded into day to day business operations
Define and execute the OCM strategy for PLM implementations
Conduct PLM change impact assessments across: Engineering (CAD, BOM, change management), Manufacturing & Operations, Quality & Compliance, Regulatory & Supplier collaboration

Well adequate with PLM Process & Solution Governance for PDM, EBOM/MBOM, Compliance & traceability
Manage system integrators, PLM vendors, and OCM partners onsite
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and functional heads
Drive day to day decision making, issue resolution, and prioritization onsite

Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, and success criteria
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and inter dependencies
Ensure alignment between PLM capabilities and business objectives
Govern multiple workstreams (process, technology, data, integration, OCM)
