iCapital is seeking a strategic and results-driven Associate / Assistant Vice President, Program Manager to join our Product Operations team. This role will lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional software development initiatives that are critical to firm-wide priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic software initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and resource plans
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, UX, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and blockers, escalating when necessary, with clear context and recommendations
Use analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identity areas for improvement, and lead efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team
Oversee project tracking tools (Monday.com, JIRA), ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely delivery across teams
Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards and performance metrics
Facilitate decision-making forums and working sessions to align teams, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience within program management, project management or business analysis roles
Proven experience delivering complex software projects in financial services or fintech environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and operate with a risk management mindset
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com)
Operational rigor with a focus on process improvement, workload distribution, and team enablement
Experience peer influencing projects fostering a culture of accountability and growth
Nice to have:
PMP, SAFe, CSM, or CSP certifications are a plus
