Program Manager

• Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic software initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and resource plans
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, UX, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and blockers, escalating when necessary, with clear context and recommendations
• Use analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identity areas for improvement, and lead efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team
• Oversee project tracking tools (Monday.com, JIRA), ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely delivery across teams
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards and performance metrics
• Facilitate decision-making forums and working sessions to align teams, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus

• 5+ years of relevant experience within program management, project management or business analysis roles
• Proven experience delivering complex software projects in financial services or fintech environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and operate with a risk management mindset
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com)
• Operational rigor with a focus on process improvement, workload distribution, and team enablement
• Experience peer influencing projects fostering a culture of accountability and growth

PMP, SAFe, CSM, or CSP certifications are a plus
