We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in automotive plastic and resin projects to support a critical business phase. Requiring leadership in a fast-paced, crisis-mode environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in automotive plastics, strong cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to lead global teams across the US and Europe. This role requires agility, quick decision-making, and a start-up mindset to stabilize and drive program execution.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage automotive plastic/resin programs during a critical recovery phase
Drive program stabilization and execution under crisis conditions
Coordinate and align cross-functional global teams (primarily US and EU stakeholders)
Serve as the primary interface between client teams and internal stakeholders
Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution
Ensure program milestones, quality targets, and customer expectations are met
Support launch readiness and recovery plans as needed
Provide clear communication and reporting to leadership and customer teams
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Program Manager in the automotive industry
Strong background in plastic components, resin materials, or injection molding projects
Proven experience managing programs in crisis or turnaround situations
Experience working with global teams (US / Europe preferred)
Strong understanding of automotive development processes and program lifecycle
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments
Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
8+ years of experience in automotive program management
Strong technical exposure to plastic / resin-based automotive components
Agile, flexible, and comfortable in fast-changing environments
Start-up mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Team player with strong leadership presence
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Nice to have:
Experience managing launch recovery or escalation projects
Background with OEM or Tier-1 automotive suppliers
Familiarity with manufacturing and supplier management
Experience in global/multi-cultural project environments
