SD Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a federal acquisition support program for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS). The Program Manager will oversee contractor personnel providing cradle-to-grave acquisition support while serving as the primary interface between the contractor team and the Government. The successful candidate will provide program leadership, quality assurance, staffing oversight, performance reporting, and contract administration support to ensure timely execution of procurement actions supporting CDC's public health mission.
Job Responsibility
Serve as the primary point of contact between SD Solutions and the CDC Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Lead contractor personnel supporting acquisition and contract administration activities
Manage staffing, workload distribution, schedules, and overall contract performance
Ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), HHS Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR), CDC acquisition policies, and agency guidance
Monitor contractor performance, procurement action lead times (PALT), deliverables, and quality metrics
Prepare and submit required monthly progress reports, weekly status reports, and performance metrics
Conduct bi-weekly status meetings with Government stakeholders
Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies
Review acquisition documentation for completeness, quality, and regulatory compliance
Ensure timely completion of procurement files and contract documentation
Support continuous process improvement initiatives
Supervise subcontractors, if applicable
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professional performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 10 years of federal acquisition and contracting experience
Minimum 7 years of program or project management experience supporting federal acquisition programs
Current or previous FAC-C Professional Certification (or FAC-C Level III/civilian equivalent preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing cradle-to-grave federal acquisition support programs
