Job Responsibility:
Major Product Launches: Lead end-to-end planning, risk mitigation, and execution for critical new consumer features
3P Partnership Management: Oversee and optimize third-party distribution and partnership programs, ensuring strategic alignment and performance tracking
Strategic Initiatives: Act as an agile problem-solver for emerging business needs, scoping requirements and delivering solutions in tight timeframes
Governance & Analysis: Maintain project documentation, risk registers, and conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
5+ years in Program, Product, or Operations Management
Direct experience with subscription-based business models or digital consumer products
Proven expertise in 3P distribution or content partnership management
Deep understanding of the AUNZ market nuances
Mastery of Agile methodologies and project management tools
Strong commercial acumen—you understand partnership economics and revenue models
Data-driven mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority
