Job Description:

Foundational position for PMAE with expectation of some prior exposure to PM lifecycle and processes. Work primarily to support and participate in complex initiatives, programs, and projects through all activities in a project/program life cycle by owning management of core PM processes. Position offers opportunity for growth while gaining practical hands-on experience necessary for end-to-end program delivery on large programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support all activities in a project/program life cycle
  • Own and execute core PM processes
  • Drive program risk/assumptions/issues/dependency + change management
  • Support dependency identification and management
  • Develop progress dashboards at executive level
  • Actively maintain project/program plans
  • Manage critical program documentation including governance charts, charters, RACI charts, communication plans, and metrics
  • Leverage Citi PM tools to support effective program delivery
  • Ensure compliance with Citi's project procedure
  • Own and create reporting cadence
  • Review status reports
  • Analyze documentation, data and metrics
  • Generate metrics as needed
  • Assist in the documentation of meetings
  • Drive accountability and engagement
  • Provide transparency by interfacing with various groups
  • Maintain alignment to the approved engagement strategy
  • Execute active risk management
  • Own data quality
  • Escalate appropriately
  • Proactively offer 3rd party objectivity and challenge
  • Effectively prioritize while handling multiple time sensitive projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting initiatives, programs and/or projects
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Technical proficiencies in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be able to work at designated Citi location 3 days / week
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload
  • Professional experience in a large corporation, within the financial sector is a plus
  • Finance or accounting experience as a plus
  • Experience with enterprise program management tools
