Program Manager

• Own the delivery of a large-scale turnkey project involving hardware infrastructure and enterprise software deployment
• Coordinate with internal teams handling: Data Center infrastructure (power, AC, racks), Hardware and OS installation (Linux/Unix environments), Middleware layers like Hadoop, Docker, and containers, Deployment of in-house specialized software products
• Liaise with telecom service providers for IP Core integration including data streams such as IPDR, NAT/PAT logs, and RADIUS
• Drive the implementation and connectivity of WAN networks across multiple remote sites
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, issue resolution, and regular reporting using tools like Jira
• Prepare for on-site deployment potentially stationed in North Africa for up to a year

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT/Telecom project execution
• Proven track record in deploying IP Core networks in Telco environments
• Prior experience working in software product companies is essential
• Deep understanding of turnkey deployments involving hardware, networks, and applications
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferred: Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science)
• Strong expertise in Networking and Server/Storage Infrastructure
• Familiarity with Telecom Data Networks (GPRS, 4G, 5G)
• Understanding of operating systems, distributed computing platforms (e.g., Hadoop), and container technologies (e.g., Docker)
• Proficient in Jira (Project tracking and task management)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
• Fluency in French or Arabic will be a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively and relocate to a customer site in North Africa for up to 12 months
