Job Description:

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive the success of our Merchandising Excellence programs, focusing on tools and processes to enhance performance and customer experience. Responsibilities include project management, strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate must have extensive program management expertise and strong communication abilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • monitor program progress, identify risks or issues, and recommend corrective actions
  • report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • ensure programs align with broader Merchandising and enterprise-wide strategic priorities
  • identify opportunities to improve project governance and standard operating procedures
  • drive continuous improvement based on data and stakeholder feedback
  • plan and facilitate program update meetings, workshops, and presentations
  • develop and execute communication strategies
  • act as a liaison between internal and external partners
  • collaborate on integrating new tools, processes, and ways of working into training plans
  • create content highlighting program benefits, achievements, lessons learned
  • support preparation of senior leadership communications and recommend strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience, with 2+ in Program Management
  • strong understanding of Program and Project Management principles, methods and techniques
  • demonstrated success managing and delivering multiple complex simultaneous projects or programs within budgetary constraints
  • proven track record working closely with senior executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., SharePoint, Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • travel required 10% of time, some international
  • flexibility around working hours required, due to global scope of role.

  • Retail or strategy consulting experience
  • advanced degree.
