In this role, you will be the day-to-day operational leader for integrated programs, responsible for driving seamless cross-functional execution and achieving client objectives. You will directly embody our core competencies by designing and maintaining operational clarity, proactively mitigating risks, and fostering a successful working dynamic for both the agency team and the client.
Job Responsibility:
Own the creation and management of integrated program plans that drive seamless cross-functional execution and achieve client objectives
Establish and maintain a clear structure of roles, responsibilities, and cross-functional collaboration to foster clarity and operational efficiency
Proactively and consistently evaluate program plans and scope against client objectives and agency goals, leading optimization as priorities evolve
Identify risks that could affect delivery with excellence and implement mitigation plans to keep the team on track
Maintain laser focus on client experience. Ensure we are adding value, being proactive, listening well, and remaining responsive to their needs and the market
Set clear agendas for client meetings, ensure the team is prepared with necessary context, and drive to actionable next steps
Demonstrate financial acumen by understanding project costs, pressure-testing value, and working with finance to ensure programs operate profitably
Deeply understand your primary audiences – your clients and your agency teams. Strive to know the client's dynamics and adapt your plan around them
Quickly learn the client's business and never stop being curious about it. Understand their business, personal, and team's success metrics, the larger business category, and competitive landscape
Know clients as people. Understand what motivates them, what they care about, and what worries them
Roll up your sleeves with strategy partners to contribute to briefs and insights that reflect the business and specific client knowledge you have
Identify opportunities to warm the door with clients for big ideas and recognize potential for account growth, cross-sell, and upsell
Invest in understanding your agency team's drivers and adapt your management approach to empower their success
Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset by accounting for regular team reflection throughout your programs to drive future growth
Play a crucial role in championing great ideas and developing actionable strategies to bring them to life, balancing risk with potential benefits
Identify challenges, formulate, and implement solutions drawing on the expertise and input of cross-functional partners

Requirements:
3+ years of progressive experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a similar operational role within an integrated agency environment
Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery
Demonstrated maturity, composure, and emotional resilience when navigating high-pressure situations, conflict, or scope challenges, consistently modeling a proactive, solution-oriented mindset for the team
Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities, with a proven aptitude for reading team dynamics, building trust, and adapting communication style to foster a healthy, inclusive, and productive cross-functional environment
Expertise in establishing operational structures, resource management, and risk mitigation planning
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
