Envision Innovative Solutions is a trusted technology and engineering partner delivering mission critical capabilities to government and commercial clients. Founded in 2006, we specialize in cybersecurity, information assurance, systems engineering, enterprise IT and network support, C4ISR, and software development, with internal R&D in extended reality (XR)—including VR, AR, and MR—for training and simulation. Envision is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Program Manager III to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This is Hybrid position.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the designated PM of record, providing leadership, direction, quality assurance, and overall program execution for all task order requirements
  • Maintain on-site presence at APG a minimum of three (3) days per week
  • Manage and oversee all Contractor personnel, subcontractors, and teaming partners performing under the task order
  • Appoint and document an alternate PM
  • maintain current COR notification of PM/alternate contact information and clearance status
  • Execute a robust communication plan ensuring timely status updates, proactive issue identification, and rapid response to Government inquiries
  • Ensure all personnel receive required security briefings and comply with applicable security requirements
  • Direct all administrative correspondence relating to the task order through the COR

Requirements

  • 14+ years of progressive program/project management experience supporting DoD or Federal Government contracts
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-discipline teams including subcontractors and teaming partners
  • Strong familiarity with APG mission areas (C5ISR, DEVCOM, PEO IEW&S preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • experience interfacing with CORs and Government leadership
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Nice to have

  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Prior experience as PM of record on cost-plus or IDIQ task orders
  • Familiarity with PWS-driven performance management and CDRL deliverables
