We are seeking a tactically sound Program Manager to lead a critical HR Transformation. This isn't just high level oversight, you will be the bridge between complex technical requirements and strategic business interests. You will oversee a suite of high stakes projects, including Payroll, Time & Attendance, and HRSD implementations. Your immediate focus will be defending the business’s interests during a high level Business Case review.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Defence & Advisory: Act as the internal lead during the requirement gathering phase, ensuring the business case reflects operational reality
Full-Spectrum HR Transformation: Manage the migration of data and application architecture across multiple business units
Executive Presence: Facilitate board meetings and navigate organisational change with high level interpersonal finesse
Tactical Delivery: Own the reporting cycle knowing exactly "what good looks like" and maintaining rigorous logic and structure
Core HRIS: Managing the expansion and optimisation of Workday
Payroll & T&A: Overseeing integrated solutions involving Cloudpay and specialised Time & Attendance systems
Service Delivery: Driving the implementation and maturity of HRSD
Governance & Tech: Leading heavy lifting activities around Data Migrations and Applications Architecture
Requirements:
Exceptional Communication: The ability to translate complex architecture into "Board speak" and vice versa
Adaptive Rigor: You must be able to pivot and remain flexible in a shifting environment without losing your grip on logic and structure
Subject Matter Expertise: Proven experience leading HR transformations specifically within Payroll and Time & Attendance
Tactical Soundness: A track record of "knowing the numbers" and delivering high quality reporting under pressure
