Program Manager

• Developing, maintaining and monitoring project deliverables via Microsoft Project or other Project Management software
• Appropriately align policy guidance, technical assistance initiatives and other forms of support to the goals and initiatives for CM
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at a department level and ensure regional SOP alignment
• Set program performance expectations and reporting measures
• Review and monitor regional reports, and address findings
• Assist in the development of RFP’s, reports and recommendations
• Address roadblocks and obstacles that are identified
• Provide regular project updates to Department and partner leadership
• Ensure that the CM vision and mission is understood and adopted by all stakeholders
• Ensure participation and engagement from regional local workforce development boards, partner programs and other agencies
• Facilitate communication between partners, vendors and IT project management staff
• Serve on or work with partners to appoint professional staff SMEs
• Provide guidance, access to information, and timely feedback on recommendations

• 5+ yrs Program Management experience
• Expertise in process and people management
• Industry experience within: Workforce development, Government benefit programs or at a minimum with Government industry
• Experience with 'Unite Us' or 'Find Help' implementation is a plus
• Experience managing Cloud platform implementation, system implementation projects
• Understanding of customer experience, alignment of Technology and process flow
