Job Description:

Mid-level project/program manager role driving end-to-end execution of programs while leveraging structured PM methodology. Works across regulatory compliance, risk management, and technology integration into business processes within a highly matrixed organization.

Job Responsibility:

Lead cross-functional projects or programs with broad impact across the organization
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ensure consistent quality of deliverables for assigned programs & projects
Provide quality control process for workstreams within projects
Anticipate problems and proactively identify solutions
Guide, influence and direct individuals responsible for separate work efforts
Define program requirements independently and execute
Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, project leads, sponsors, and business partners
Provide independent 3rd party challenge for program deliverables
Solve complex problems and turn incomplete inputs into tactical action plans
Drive the pace of work for self and other project resources
Establish relationships with all stakeholders
Communicate effectively to distil complex thoughts into actionable recommendations

Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing complex projects and programs following a structured methodology
Professional experience in a large corporation, within the financial sector is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex projects/programs within broader program/initiatives
Finance or accounting experience as a plus
Experience with enterprise program management tools
PMP or PRINCE2 certification or ability to obtain certification within 1 year of employment
Technical proficiencies in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Must be able to work at designated Citi location 3 days/week
