Program Manager

• Plan and deliver power projects up to $15M within scope, budget, and schedule to the Service Stream PMM framework
• Manage stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Control project finances, monitor costs, and manage variations in a timely manner
• Ensure safety and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
• Oversee quality assurance, testing, commissioning, and documentation including being PM2 accredited
• Coordinate resources efficiently (people and plant) and mitigate risks to achieve successful outcomes

• Over 10 years’ experience in overhead/underground lines construction management projects
• Project Management experience in a contracting organisation or project based business or similar with a proven ability to operate in a dynamic “live” environment and to meet project hurdles
• Experience in the application of structured project management methodologies to a wide range of projects
• Understanding of power distribution networks, processes and procedures
• Trade qualifications or Civil/Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent (Project Management/Construction Management)
• PM2 Accredited (desirable)
• Computer Literate
• Report writing ‘live’ environment
• Core Programming Skills
• Knowledge of work structures, conditions, tools and equipment used by team construction staff
• Ability to manage and take accountability for all project functions
• Financial Management: ability to maintain budgets & drive cost accountability
• HSEQ– risk assessment, legislative compliance
