Barbaricum is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison between U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) and contractor leadership, ensuring effective coordination, oversight, and execution of contract workforce operations. This role is responsible for aligning program objectives with CENTCOM mission priorities through strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement. The selected candidate will oversee the execution of multiple interrelated projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, performance standards, and operational policies. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies aligned with CENTCOM objectives, including scope, milestones, and timelines
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for workforce management, performance tracking, and reporting
Ensure integration and coordination across all projects to meet mission requirements and organizational standards
Manage and allocate personnel, budgets, and resources to optimize program performance and efficiency
Oversee scheduling, assignments, and tasking for a large contract workforce (40+ personnel)
Support recruitment and hiring efforts to ensure staffing aligns with program needs
Establish performance standards and implement corrective actions for underperforming personnel
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans for mission-critical scenarios
Provide real-time problem resolution while balancing operational priorities and strategic objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact between CENTCOM leadership and contractor management
Deliver executive-level briefings and reports on program performance, risks, and resource allocation
Collaborate with military leadership, public affairs teams, and external stakeholders to ensure mission success
Implement quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet CENTCOM and DoD standards
Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with data-driven recommendations
Track and analyze contractor performance metrics to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
Support emergent operations, including 24/7 surge support during crises or mission-critical events
Requirements:
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in program management supporting complex, multi-project environments
