Client is looking for Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key programs and initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure program goals are met on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the planning and execution of assigned programs and initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal departments and external partners
Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to leadership
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and funding requirements
Support process improvements and operational efficiencies across programs
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience working in nonprofit, social services, or government-funded programs preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Nice to have:
Familiarity with early childhood education programs or child care services
Experience managing federally or state-funded programs
Knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements in nonprofit settings
