We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Program Manager to support the Ads Sales team and brand advertising partners by ensuring product catalog content is accurate, complete, and high quality. This role owns issue triage, escalation, and resolution across catalog-related inquiries and requires strong judgment, efficiency, and confidence working cross-functionally.
Job Responsibility:
Triage and manage catalog-related inquiries and Jira tickets, ensuring complete information, proper routing, and timely follow-up
Identify when issues require escalation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution within SLAs
Communicate clearly with sales and partner-facing stakeholders, translating technical details into actionable guidance
Use runbooks and documented workflows
flag gaps or unclear processes rather than improvising
Analyze catalog data using Google Sheets and SQL to validate accuracy and surface discrepancies
Track recurring issues and recommend process or documentation improvements
Requirements:
Experience in catalog management, content operations, or a related support function
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Jira
ability to run and lightly edit SQL queries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong information judgment
High attention to detail and ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help
Comfortable initiating cross-functional coordination to resolve issues
Nice to have:
Familiarity with eCommerce catalog structures, CPG product data, or GS1 standards
Experience supporting Ads, Sales, or partner-facing teams
Experience with tools such as Snowflake, Mode, or similar analytics platforms
