Program Manager

• Managing our ongoing controls assessment process, including assessing controls effectiveness and reporting results to management
• Coordinating the independent testing of controls, working closely with assurance and audit teams
• Participating in programme management to drive progress reporting and improve control oversight across the function

• Good understanding of risk and control frameworks, preferably from a Financial Services background
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in continuous process improvement
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• able to multitask while paying attention to detail
• Strong MS Excel skills
• comfortable working with large datasets and producing clear and concise analysis
• Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate to achieve the right outcomes
• Experience of working with Internal Audit, Compliance Testing and Regulatory response teams would be an advantage
