Job Description:

The Program Management Advisory and Execution (PMAE) supports all business units across the bank to plan, execute and govern complex cross-functional initiatives, programs, and projects. This is a foundational position for PMAE with an expectation of some prior exposure to PM lifecycle and processes. You will work to support complex initiatives, programs, and projects through all activities in the life cycle by owning management of core PM processes.

Job Responsibility:

Support all activities in a project/program life cycle
Own and execute core PM processes
drive individual workstreams
Support dependency identification and management
Develop progress dashboards at executive level based on analysis of plans and risk
Actively maintain project/program plans and drive successful completion of project tasks and/or milestones
Manage critical program documentation including governance charts, charters, RACI charts, communication plans, and metrics
Leverage Citi PM tools to support effective program delivery
Ensure compliance with Citi's project procedure
Own and create reporting cadence to align with management reporting and meeting deliverables
Review status reports submitted for relevancy, correctness, and provide challenge to content
Analyze documentation, data and metrics provided to identify risk, performance and quality issues
Generate metrics as needed to demonstrate progress against objectives
Assist in the documentation of meetings and in the tracking and timely resolution of outcomes and follow-up actions
Drive accountability and engagement
Provide transparency by interfacing with Org PMO, Citi Program Management Council, Internal Audit, Consultants, and other groups outside of PMAE
Maintain alignment to the approved engagement strategy
Execute active risk management with complete impact assessments and actionable mitigation plans
Own data quality and ensures output is in alignment with controls environment
Escalate appropriately, completely and with solution options
Proactively and appropriately offer 3rd party objectivity and challenge to plans, strategy, timelines, and risk
Effectively prioritize as needed while handling multiple time sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

5-8 years of professional experience
2+ years of experience in supporting initiatives, programs and/or projects
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Technical proficiencies in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Must be able to work at designated Citi location 3 days / week
Demonstrated strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload

Nice to have:

Professional experience in a large corporation, within the financial sector
Finance or accounting experience
Experience with enterprise program management tools
