Job Responsibility:

  • Interface with clients on technical and project matters from initiation through delivery
  • Develop and maintain program/project schedules and status reports
  • Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to guide decision-making for product, service, and project implementation
  • Provide technical and analytical information to product teams as required
  • Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Manage and/or oversee project execution to ensure successful outcomes
  • Contribute to capital expenditure simplification initiatives, optimizing resource allocation and project efficiency

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in program or project management
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional accountability and resolve project blockers quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and concise approach
  • Strong follow-through and commitment to project success
  • Experience with implementing large-scale systems
