Job Description

As Program Manager, Talent Operations at Suno, you’ll play a critical role in scaling how we hire—bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver programs that improve the quality, speed, and fairness of our hiring decisions, while enabling our teams to operate with confidence and autonomy. This role sits at the intersection of process, tools, and people. You’ll own core talent operations programs—from structured interviewing and interviewer enablement to recruiting tools optimization, knowledge management, and change communications. You’ll build and maintain Suno’s single source of truth for hiring practices, develop training and playbooks that raise the bar for hiring rigor, and ensure our systems and workflows are scalable, consistent, and ready for what’s next. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building from the ground up, translating complexity into simple, usable frameworks, and driving adoption through thoughtful change management. With a strong data-driven mindset, you’ll continuously identify opportunities to improve how we hire, measure what’s working, and turn insights into action—helping Suno grow its team with intention, inclusivity, and excellence.

  • Enabling interviewer, recruiters, and sourcer through training, playbooks, and process/tool fluency—specifically improving intake quality, interview feedback, candidate evaluation rigor, and consistent execution of structured hiring practices
  • Partner on Talent events and conferences, supporting planning, logistics, and post-event ROI and performance insights
  • Design and scale structured interviewing programs (competencies, rubrics, scorecards, question banks), plus building and delivering hiring manager/interviewer training, calibration, and/or certification programs that measurably improve interview quality and consistency

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting, and/or program, change, or project management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A passion for building new, inclusive, and scalable programs
  • Strong ownership, autonomy, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail
  • A demonstrated ability to think creatively and build programs from the ground up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A data-driven approach to problem solving
  • you enjoy identifying trends and turning insights into action
