Job Description:

We're hiring a Program Manager to drive enablement projects that will boost operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition organization. The ideal program manager is someone who is dynamic, champions delivery excellence, thrives in creating order, and understands the importance of the teamwork to influence the success of our TA goals and priorities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and contribute to projects across TA Enablement, to help support hiring attainment and quality and boost recruiter productivity
  • Communicate across teams, functions and programs - ensuring broad understanding of status, risks, dependencies, and insights
  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, People Technology, People Insights and Business teams in order to deliver our roadmap and programs of work
  • Ensure the teams you work with are setting the right goals and implementing those goals following standardized reporting methods
  • Negotiate across many teams to broker commitments and program roadmaps, driving a high degree of predictability, re-baselining based on new information and managing complex dependencies
  • Surface program risks early while ensuring clear understanding and implementing resolution/mitigation plans
  • Work directly with key stakeholders and leaders on complex programs of work to develop and execute on roadmaps and milestones that will optimize recruiting efforts

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR/People/TA Enablement or Operations program management roles
  • Expertise in operations, enablement, program management, and change management
  • Experience in project management working with large-scale, sophisticated change and transformations, and delivering high quality programs and communications to a wide variety of stakeholder audiences
  • Successful track record in leading operational projects and programs, from ideation to completion, showing direct achievement of business strategy or OKRs
  • High levels of resourcefulness, organization, and execution skills (strategy through implementation)
  • Experience in the global technology industry is preferred, ideally supporting an organization of 5K+ employees
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS, Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack are a plus
