The Program Manager, Supply Chain Technology, is responsible for leading and delivering strategic, enterprise-wide Supply Chain Technology transformation initiatives. This role provides end-to-end oversight of complex, multi-year programs that are critical to advancing the company’s supply chain capabilities, systems, and digital maturity.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field required
10+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs, preferably within Supply Chain, ERP, WMS, TMS, or related enterprise systems environments
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale technology implementations or transformations within enterprise environments
Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution processes
Proven experience managing program budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and financial tracking
Experience establishing and maintaining structured program governance frameworks
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change efforts related to system implementations
Demonstrated ability to leverage Generative AI tools in daily work to improve productivity, accelerate analysis, enhance documentation, and support decision-making
Strong digital acumen with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies
Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate findings clearly
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without direct authority, and build alignment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining strategic alignment
Nice to have:
Master’s degree preferred
Program or project management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent)
Experience working within large, matrixed organizations
Exposure to automation, advanced analytics, or AI-driven transformation initiatives within supply chain or technology environments
Experience supporting startup-like innovation initiatives within an enterprise setting
