Job Description

The Program Manager, Supply Chain Technology, is responsible for leading and delivering strategic, enterprise-wide Supply Chain Technology transformation initiatives. This role provides end-to-end oversight of complex, multi-year programs that are critical to advancing the company’s supply chain capabilities, systems, and digital maturity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field required
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs, preferably within Supply Chain, ERP, WMS, TMS, or related enterprise systems environments
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale technology implementations or transformations within enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution processes
  • Proven experience managing program budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and financial tracking
  • Experience establishing and maintaining structured program governance frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change efforts related to system implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage Generative AI tools in daily work to improve productivity, accelerate analysis, enhance documentation, and support decision-making
  • Strong digital acumen with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies
  • Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate findings clearly
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without direct authority, and build alignment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
