  • Actively engage with Staples’ social communities by responding to comments, joining relevant conversations, and helping the brand show up authentically online
  • Proactively comment on relevant posts and conversations across platforms where Staples has a credible role to play
  • Flag noteworthy conversations, comments, or trends to the social strategy team
  • Support coordination of creator, influencer, or partner content when needed
  • Help track social media performance metrics and assist with reporting on key campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain social trackers, calendars, and reporting documents
  • Assist with social listening and monitoring tools to help identify insights and trends
  • Partner with Marketing, Brand, Creative, and PR teams to support social media needs tied to campaigns and announcements
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal teams and external partners when needed
  • Help ensure social media workflows and processes stay organized and efficient
