EarnIn’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Bengaluru, India-based Program Manager / Recruiting Coordinator Lead to support recruiting operations and serve as a key local partner for talent operations in the region. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality interview experience while also supporting onboarding, employee experience, and site-related initiatives in Bengaluru. This is a highly visible, execution-focused role for someone who brings strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to move work forward independently. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of accountability and partners effectively with global and local stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and coordinate interview scheduling across the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and executive assistants
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a consistent, professional, and inclusive interview experience
  • Manage interview logistics end-to-end, including availability collection, conflict resolution, and maintaining accurate candidate data in Greenhouse
  • Act as a subject matter expert on recruiting tools and processes, driving efficiency and consistency in coordination workflows
  • Serve as a local operational partner in Bengaluru, supporting onboarding logistics, employee experience initiatives, and site-based needs as required
  • Partner with the local People Partner, IT, facilities, and vendors to support new hire onboarding, events, and day-to-day operational needs
  • Support planning and execution of local events and engagements, including vendor coordination and swag ordering
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting and talent operations processes as the team and site continue to scale

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, program management, talent operations, HR operations, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews in a high-volume, global hiring environment, ideally supporting Engineering or other technical roles
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, take ownership, and follow through on work end-to-end
  • Proven experience partnering with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, hiring teams, People Partners, and vendors
  • Clear, thoughtful, and professional communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and change
  • Experience using ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and Google Workspace
  • ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools
  • Experience building relationships with global team members
