Job Description

This role leads programs and projects that support digital transformation and enhance customer experience within the organization. It manages program plans, requirements, risks, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful delivery. The role applies program and project management methodologies to identify risks, opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. Success is measured by meeting strategic goals, managing risks effectively, and delivering clear insights to collaborators. The work impacts organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction by driving program execution and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage program plans and schedules to achieve strategic digital transformation goals
  • Lead the creation and validation of program requirements to align with customer and technical needs
  • Maintain and update risk, action, issue, and decision logs to monitor and address project challenges
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal and external collaborators to ensure seamless program execution
  • Provide regular status updates and reports that translate complex program information into actionable insights
  • Drive process improvements and implement guidelines to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • 2-4 years - Proven ability to develop and manage program schedules, requirements, and reporting
  • 4-7 years - 4-7 years of experience in program management, including cross-functional leadership and delivering customer-centric projects
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
